Multiple Motor Rotation

Is it possible to move multiple motors using rotations in Robot C Graphical? I am now moving them using a wait command. I have attached what I have so far.

yes… use your motor encoders values with a wait until block

We are having trouble understanding which of these blocks move the arm up and down. We also need to hold the motor and move forward, any suggestions ?

The code is commented pretty well. What line are you looking at?
