My brain isnt realizing that my battery is there

My brain isnt realizing that my battery has power and is charging. Does anyone know how to fix this?

First of all, that’s a really funny title.

Second of all, mine is like this. If it still works for long periods of time, it should be ok. For the mean time you might have to guess when it will run out of battery or check the LEDs after every match.

Swap each part to determine which part is broken, it’s either the battery connector, brain connector or the cable.

Thanks for the information. My battery and cable is fine. I think it might be thebrain connecter, if so what do I do.

I don’t know if VEX gives right to repair, but if this was something else I would just do it myself. Check if VEX gives right to repair or if you can send it back.
