When controlling a motor from the brain it make the motor spin faster but when I use the programmed driver control the motor spins much slower. I believe its programming issue not a building issue but could be wrong.

Make sure you set your max velocity of your motors to 100% in your program
Make sure yhat your motors are set to max velocity 100%
