What does this mean I have already changed the battery multiple times and still it is all red. Furthermore, it cortex does not even connect to the computer. Plz help

I don’t know if it’s possible for you to do, but try reflashing the firmware.

Can you clarify what you mean by the red ring of death?

all the LED’s are red and it’s not because of the battery .

i have thought about that but i cant even connect to the computer.

Have you tried force updating the cortex through the submenu? Connect using an A-to-A cable and you might be able to connect and reflash. I think my team has had this issue and the cortex’s firmware was corrupted.
