For the Autonomous period, are we only allowed to use the 4 preloads, or are we also allowed to use the driver loads?

Driver control loads can only be loaded during the driver control period, so in auton you can only use the preloads and the balls on the fields.

may load onto their Alliance Starting Tiles or into their Robots during the Driver Controlled Period.

Driver Control Loads – The twenty-four (24) Balls that Student Drive Team Members of each Alliance may load onto their Alliance Starting Tiles or into their Robots during the Driver Controlled Period.

Driver Controlled Period – The one minute and forty-five second (1:45) time period when the Student Drive Team Members operate the Robots.

It later goes on to say in <G7>:

**<G7>**Drive Team Members are prohibited from making intentional contact with any Scoring Object, Field Element or Robot during a Match, with the exception of the contact specified in <SG5> and <SG6>. Minor violations of this rule that do not affect the match will result in a warning. Egregious (match affecting) offenses will result in a Disqualification. Teams that receive multiple warnings may also receive a Disqualification at the head referee’s discretion.

Where <SG6> states:

The intent of this rule is to allow teams to introduce objects into play, but not to impart energy on the Scoring Object which will cause it to end up in a position outside the Loading Zone. It is expected that teams may momentarily break the plane of the field while legally introducing Driver Control Loads. Teams should be very mindful of <S1> during this process

Emphasis mine. Which all comes down to the only time you can introduce Driver Control Loads (Match Loads) is during the Driver Controlled Period
