What are online challenges for? What do we do in them?
The REC Foundation’s Online Challenges provide a unique opportunity for students from around the world to participate in VEX Robotics Competition, VEX U and VEX IQ Challenge-based engineering competitions. Students can show off their work, win prizes, and even win a chance to compete at the VEX Robotics World Championship. The REC Foundation organizes Online Challenges in a variety of subjects that may change from year-to-year.
Every year, the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation release a handful of challenges, such as the Website Design Challenge, Photography Challenge, Promote Video Challenge, etc… You follow the criteria and submit your work for the chance to win some money and a spot at the World Championship. It’s a great opportunity for all students, and I recommend participating.
