We have released new versions of easyC V2 that adds the following features.

1.) Automatic COM port detection for the standard programming dongle
2.) Quadrature (directional) Encoder Support

does the EasyC V2 support potentiometers? or can i just use an analog value block with the current version?

I’ve used the analog value block successfully in several V2 projects.

We added a Potentiometer block to make things easier, but it’s just a renamed Analog Block.

Hi. I’m getting the upgrade for easyc v2 to easyc pro. Does pro automatically look for updates? Can I update it? Is there a place I have to click for that? Thanks.

easyC Pro and V2 do not automatically update, you need to goto the help menu and then click “Check for Updates”

I have just used an analog block for the potentiometer.
