No compatible devices found

Hi there, I have a robot brain that I cannot seem to connect to. I’ve tried to connect from the codeexp site to this brain from Chrome, Windows and Mac. I’ve connected to it successfully in the past (about a month ago) but every computer I’m trying to connect from says “No compatible devices found”. I’d like to blame the cable, but I’ve checked that it can connect other devices to my computer successfully and it’s fine. The brain seems to be working fine otherwise, and when I plug it into my Mac I get prompted to allow access to the device, plus there’s a USB device connected to the hub that identifies as Vex Robotics IQ Brain. I’ve also checked the Chrome site settings to confirm that I have USB and Serial port permissions set to Ask.

I’m at a loss here, hoping someone has an idea of something to try.

Are you using the browser version? As using thee browser version requires you to manually connect the brain. I will attach some photos below to show you

You posted in the VEX IQ section of the forum, is this an EXP brain or an IQ ?

Sorry, as usual I figured this out about 5 minutes after I posted. As some of you noted, I was using the wrong tool for the brain, I needed to be on codeiq, not codeexp. One of our players is in a Vex course that uses exp and sent us all down the wrong path. That’s an hour of my life I’m never getting back.
