We are preparing for the US Open and Worlds and we were looking to improve our notebook in preparation for both competitions. We are planning to add a cost analysis of our robot, but we were wondering what else we could add to make it better. Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

You can also create a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) Analysis for both your team and your robot. It can be formatted by using a 2x2 table and it looks pretty nice.

It’s opportunities for improvement, or areas where you can make strides and take advantage of things you haven’t made note of before.
I’ve had former teams do SWOT Analysis when breaking down strategies after tournaments, and when breaking down their bot design and how to do better.

A threat would be something that could possibly go wrong due to an advantage another robot/team has
