This is only my second year in robotics and I was wondering if anyone has an answer to a few of my questions.
Can we use color coordinated tabs in our books? and can we use colored pens?

Color coded tabs are actually one of the best things you can do. If you have a long notebook (as every team should) then it help organization and readability a ton. As for colored pens, I would argue against that just because it seems unprofessional, but it’s not a huge offense. I would stick to blue or black ink if I were you.
You may also look into online notebooks for organization and collaboration reasons.
