How does this differ from what is already available on the site for free? When will the summer camp materials be available that were mentioned at Worlds?
The content found in these publications is 90% identical to the curriculum content found online. What’s different?
1- Much improved graphics
2- Some minor “wordsmithing”
3 - The two competition-based units have been updated in the books from Add it Up to Highrise. This is a one time game change for curriculum. Highrise will remain our “evergreen” curriculum game going forward and the way these two units are written, ANY VEXIQ Challenge game could be substituted in its place while still using the same documentation.
These very minor differences are also only temporary. The online curriculum will be refreshed to match these published books very soon.
As for the Camp Materials we are working to get them out “ASAP” … I can’t give you an exact timeline today, but rest assured this is VERY high on our priority list. More information is coming very soon on this front.
