So does anyone know how the finalists will be announced, because they give a specific time, making my coach and I believe it will be a live stream. Is it this, or a mass email or picture?

On 2/17/2020 (1:00 PM CST) the online challenge finalists will be announced. What that means is that they will be “released” on the online challenge website. There will be an announcement on this forum as well, but there will be no livestream or mass email as far as I am aware. At worlds they have an awards ceremony for the winners, but the winners will be announced on the website in March.
