Speaking from experience from medaling with an Online Challenge last year, there should be an email sent to the mentor of the team on how to claim a gift code. It isn’t a physical gift certificate; it’s just a code.

Several years ago they use to just send an email straight to the team with the gift certificate code. Nowadays they send it directly to the team mentor. If your mentor never received an email, I would reach out to Taunja Weber after Worlds.
