When I press on the joysticks, one side of the drivetrain drives properly, but the other one refusees to spin/drive 
we have a 1:1 drivetrain if that helps.
Can we have a picture of your robot? There’s a chance you might have connected the motor into the wrong port (If you’re using a custom code for the drivetrain, please show us.)
