Onshape VEX V5 Parts Application not working

I’ve just started setting up my new Onshape account for the 2024-25 season, and for some reason, when I try to grant Onshape access to the VEX V5 Parts Application, it gives me an error. I’m not sure is this is an error with Onshape, in which case I’m not in the right place, or a problem with the application itself. Looking for tips.

You may not have enough storage in your device also you need to use a computer if your not other than that maybe restart everything.

Onshape runs everything on it’s own servers, no download necessary.

@DarkHorse What does the error message say specifically? I just store that field and all V5 parts under a personal label, and insert them through the “other documents” tab on the insert button.

@Gigahertz.t All it says is ‘Server Error 500’.
