Optimal Drill Bits for CNC

My team is currently using a CNC machine to cut out plastic parts from sheets of plastic. However, we have the option fo 1/8th inch end mill bits, and 1/32 end mill.

Does anyone have any knowledge of which one would be optimal for our cuts?

1/32" end mills will break 4x more often than 1/8" and you’ll need to slow your travel speed.

When choosing machine tooling, generally you’ll want the largest diameter tool that will make the cuts you need. If all your slots and holes are 1/8" or greater, then look at inside corners: do you need 1/64 inside radius or is a larger radius OK, or can you just use a file to finish any needed sharp inside corners?
