What do you find has the best return on investment for concessions at your events?
Is it better to sell “things” and not just food? At some events I’ve seen items sold like custom tools, various 3D printed things, etc. and even raffles for gift cards or baskets of things. Does stuff like that actually bring in a lot more money or is it not worth the hassle?

food has been our staple for club fundraising. Keep it simple.
at championships we have FineDesigns come in and do custom shirts for the event. For many it is their last big event of the season. FineDesigns does all the work and gives a percentage to event based on volume of sales.

oh, see if local pizza place will donate some pizzas you can then sell at concession stand. I hear this is one way EP use to get revenue stream.
