My kids were having a problem with 10 second pauses between commands on their auto program for the crossover challenge. I was told it might be a firmware issue. All of the motors upgraded fine, but the brain is now stuck on the title screen telling us to connect to the PC for program update. I tried to do the reset steps but it doesn’t work. I keep getting an error on the PC saying there is a problem…how do we fix this??? The version running is 1.01.

What we recommend is to update the brain just by itself with no nothing else connected. No motor, no sensors.
