Not sure who to ping on this, but currently when you search for the engineering notebook rubric, the top result is the outdated website. Usually these outdated documents are removed (most links to the old game manual versions won’t even load) but this one appears to have been missed. Just figured I’d bring this up as one of my new teammates found this while searching, and I would hope RECF would fix it soon so other students don’t make this mistake.

You have been around VEX Robotics Competition long enough to know your first point of contact is your RECF Regional Support Managers (who handle both team and event issues in the region). They know who to connect with.
