We use EasyC V4. We are not able to get the controller and joystick to pair. After going through the steps of pairing the vexnet light on the joystick is green, but the VEXnet light on the controller does not come on. Do you have any suggestions? I have checked the IFI firmware upgrade and it indicates that everything is properly updated.
Try loading the default code and then attempt to pair them again. You could have an autonomous only project loaded. Also make sure both the gamepad and cortex have the same mastercode.
