Why wouldn’t it be? Look over the criteria, and you can see if it’s legal or not.

Show your coach rule sc4 in the game manual and ask your coach to evaluate the criteria for parked to determine whether or not the robot is parked

I think you should go to the Game Manual and see if your photo meets definition of Parked.
Post it here, and we can see if you got it right or missed something.

The object in the picture does not meet the definition of a robot, therefore the object cannot be in a legal parked position.

This is very true.
Subsystem 2 is nowhere on your robot, as it does not have a brain or battery, so it would not be considered a robot, and therefore, cannot park
However, if you do plan on adding a brain, battery, and radio to it, it would be considered a robot and is eligible for parking.
The manual has all the answers you could ever ask for

Pro-tip - refrain from posting “I think so”, or vague statements without backing up with firm information. In some cases, like mine, “Read the game manual and let us know what is unclear.”, or quote the Game Manual, etc.

Honestly, I think that even 30 hours is a bit on the high side. 15 hours at least is enough to understand basic forum etiquette (I can’t go more than 30 minutes without seeing a RTM/post your code/provide an image response). 30 hours isn’t super feasible for someone who needs a quick answer (during competition season, I don’t think anything will be that important during off-season), though any of the Discord servers are better for those. I do agree that it is necessary to read the forum for some substantial amount of time before posting though. Apologies for getting off track from the topic, these are just my thoughts.
