Online Challenge idea:
Make a parody of a popular song or tv/movie scene with a VEX focus.
Good idea. Unfortunately Hitler’s FRC Team would just automatically win, even though it’s several years old and not even about VEX.
Seriously though, the entries would be very entertaining to watch. REC probably wants the online challenges to have an educational/practical focus, which this wouldn’t really align with.
They won.

That’s great. It went through so many cycles of being bad, then being so bad it was good, and then being just plain bad again.
At the second KIDS Inc. competition in Indianapolis there was a very special performance before alliance selection.
After doing some diligent research and calling in favors from all my connections, I found a video of this KIDS Inc “Happy” parody. The sound quality is not great but it does improve after the first few lines. I am also posting the words here as I was able to get them.

it was simultaneously the best and worst thing I have ever witnessed. It would have helped if I could understand everything he said though.
I think it being the best and worst thing you have ever witnessed is exactly their goal.

Lol, I was the one in the trench coat singing, that was exactly what we were going for. Though now that this is on the vex forums I might have to go into the witness protection program.
