Partner Joystick Programming

Our robot has an intake/puncher mounted to the front of it and a cap flipper mounted to the back. Our driver is having a hard time driving backwards to score the caps so I though it would be a good idea to have partner joysticks where the intake/puncher is the front of the robot so that person can score flags, and program the other joystick where the cap flipper is the front of the bot and their job is to score caps. I haven’t found a way to program the joysticks differently though. Anyone know if this is possible?
