Parts question

I’m a new VEX IQ coach and I have a few parts questions:

  1. Is there a battery reset protocol like with the VRC smart batteries? I’m assuming not but I have a brand new battery that won’t charge above 25%.

  2. How often do ports fail on the Gen2 brains? I’ve got one with a bad port already after only 2 months of use.

@jpearman - per question #1 is there a reset for IQ Gen 2 batteries?

@lseapy I would contact Vex tech support if it’s only a month old and a bad port.

How are you determining that, LEDs on the battery ?

It’s pretty rare, first one I’ve heard of for several months.
