yes i saw this, we tried a 1:5, 1:7, and after they lifted up the intake dropped down, because it was too heavy … that is why we moved up to a 1:25 and the plan was to work down to a 1:21, 1:15 etc, but never did because we were having issues with 1:25
The whole robot would be useless if one motor died during a match at least you could still move if you had 4 motors… plus if you are in a pushing battle you will be the weakest… your trough blocking intake would be useless if you got pushed away from it…
The intake will drop down if the motors stop spinning… you need to program it to work that way… or use enough rubber bands… I’m personally using a 1:15 and it seems to be working well…
yes … i see know, sorry, i will do this when building it … with all the feedback so far i have worked out all the problems, removed them to make a new intake … thanks everyone
