Yes. Events determine what format notebooks must be submitted in.

Many teams in the area know that there are clear corruption schemes within the organization and share the books of other teams like ours so that their own team can plagiarize them.

Do you have any proof? If so, contact and report it to the RECF.

What should I do if one of the judges is unfair
