Hey, all, We are having trouble with our pin tools not holding on to the pin to pull it out. Does anyone know of a fix?
I’m about to start taking it apart to see how they work and if there’s a solution…it probably won’t go back together…
Can you upload a picture perhaps so that we can better see the issue? The pin tools should work as designed for most pins but if it doesn’t, you can still use the backside of the pin tool to get pins out or you’ll just have to pull the pins out manually.
