We wanted to know if pop-up tents are allowed for worlds? We would hate to carry a tent across America and not use it for the event.

I’m glad that you asked about this! We are not permitted to use pop-up style tents indoors at the VEX Robotics World Championship. I recommend that you leave the pop-up tents at home, as they will be removed from the Kentucky Exposition Center (for safety reasons).
