Anyone have a link to the pit map?
I’ve seen the venue map, but was looking for which area the teams were in.
Generally you just show up and Pit Admin will direct you.
I don’t believe the pit maps or the match lists have been released. I really liked when they were released early last year, but it looks like they won’t be this year.
There’s an app called Rec Foundation that will have all of your worlds info (include the pit map). I couldn’t find the pit map anywhere else…
It looks like the pits are per division this year. This REALLY hurts teams that have multiple teams there. It was nice previously that teams from the same organiztion were next to each other.
Venue map ≠pit map.
There is no pit map on Guidebook as far as I can tell.
Where did you get that idea? It doesn’t look like they changed anything about how pits are assigned from what I can tell.

oh my bad. those should be given to you at the door of worlds.
I think the FAQs are confusing the divisions (Technology, Math, Science, etc) with the divisions (HS, MS. etc.)

I agree the terminology is confusing, but if you look at the venue map’s color-coding for different pit areas, it’s pretty clear they are organized by “level” (HS, MS, etc.) rather than divisions within each level (Science, Technology, etc.).
I wish RECF would change their terminology to be less confusing, because the use of the word division to mean two different things has caused confusion for years.
