Are people still having issues with the playground? For me it is locking up my student’s laptops. It does not matter what browser it is on. Any suggestions?

I am one of the VEXcode developers. Does it freeze while the playground is loading? Or after it has already loaded? And is this a specific playground?
What you can try, if you are on a Chrome based browser, is go to File → About and there will be a button that says “Clear Playground Cache” click that and then refresh the browser. That will clear any old playground data.
If that doesn’t work, then you can try to clear the browser data in whichever browser you are using. If it is Chrome you can do it by following this (if the school laptops let you): Clear cache & cookies - Computer - Google Account Help
if those don’t work, if it is possible to send a feedback from your students laptop after loading a playground and before it locks up that could be really helpful for us to troubleshoot the issue.
If you also want to give the hardware specs and the laptop models used here that could help us. We could see if we have similar machines to reproduce the issue if it still persists for you.
