I am curious if there is a way to adjust the schrader valve on the cylinder to attach the air pump? Whenever the team attempts to pressurize the cylinder; they ca not snap the lever on the pump attachment all the way down, so while inflating one has to hold the pump attachment with the lever at about 45 degrees.
This makes pressurizing a bit wonky; is this expected behavior?

No, this is not expected behavior. Our team can clamp onto it just fine. Can we have some photos of your valves (the one on the tank and the one in your pump) and a picture of you guys trying to fill it up?

We meet on Wed-Thu; I will take the pictures and attach them here. THis behavior has occurred with more than one pump.
