Pneumatic Lift not Working

1. Use some rubber bands to assist the actuator
2. To use less air, see this post (then you can use that air for the uptake):
   Pneumatic Pistons Confusion - #5 by Gigahertz.t
3. That actuator is really close to the pivot. Try putting further from the pivot.
