Youāre right, I thought you were talking about the clamp and titer on the back. Sorry, Iāll delete the post.
For the front locking clamp make sure you have the right spacing and the right tightness of the screws. I know I spaced that wrong the first time we built it.
can you provide more photos of this, especially where the pistons are attached too, and can you explain how the bumper works and keeps the 4 bar clamp seized and doesnāt let go?
We built something very similar to this but our clamp is not locking down all the way and when we lift up our 6 bar, it releases.
If you could provide pictures it would be better for me to help but our team decided to not put the locking clamp on an arm lift and we just put it on the back the bumper I made was due to the top c channel of the clamp would go so far down it would dig in the bottom c channel clamp so I made a screw bumper to prevent it

I canāt get many new photos until later in the day
But here the top c channel of our clamp isnāt digging into the bottom were I put the bumper but if it goes all the way down the only way to release it was to ram into a wall
Could you get a shot that is a bit tighter on the Claw itself?

If theyāre both not strong enough, both. It is hard to tell exactly how it is working.
Oh no my robot is working fine I was sending photos to help the person that needed help as I had a similar issue but fixed I also misread your message as directing to me as if you wanted pictures for yourself as reference for your own claw or smth
