Pneumatics troubleshooting

Our team is encountering issues with pneumatics. Pneumatics are not firing. The code registered that it did and it made the sound that it fired.

Any ideas.

Can you send a picture of the tubing and how much pressure you used?

It was 100 psi

1. The shut off valve needs to move to after the the T fitting so the 2nd tank doesn’t leak.
2. Make sure the arrow on the bottom is facing away from the tanks.
3. Try a different solenoid, if it gets warm after being pluged in for a minute, it isnt good.
4. Double check all of the tubing is tight.

1. Make sure this valve is opened.
2. Plug in both sides of the solenoid. Right now only one side is firing.

This is our testing code not actual drivecode, the piston goes out, makes a sound as if it is retracting but it doesn’t.
