just switch the two output tubes coming from the solenoid(if it is pneumatics kit two) we had this same problem and when we switched them they would start retracted
We have kit one so its difficult.
You could depressurize the system, seal it off with the blue switch, and then pump up the tank. Then there won’t be pressure to activate the piston. After you start pre-autonomous, open the switch. In pre-auton, have the pistons set to close.
So, your pre-match checklist would look like this:
- Depressurize system
- Seal with the blue switch (so the pistons won’t extend)
- Start pre-auton
- Preauton sets to pistons to off
- Open the switch
- Setup for your autonomous mode
- Match starts
Just a thought I had. Don’t know how it will work, though…
