Are you talking about how to connect all the components?
Always keep the length of tubing as short as possible between the actuators and pistons. Put tanks in parrallel to maximise the cumulative diameter of tubing going to actuators. Avoid using Ts to split tubing to more than 1actuator when possible
I want it to be able to hang and also launch the balls but I need to know how to also put it all together

As for the launching balls, just search the forum and there are tons of threads of catapults.
