I was looking at the StarStruck game manual and saw that plastic can only be .07" thick. I’m not sure where you could even get plastic so thin, so I would appreciate some clarification.

You are correct that 0.07" thick plastic isn’t available, the closest commercially available, legal plastic is 1/16" or 0.0625" thick.

Actually, plastic can be no thicker than 0.07". What that means is that you can legally have thinner plastic on your robot. The closest thickness commercially available is 1/16" plastic.
