I was wondering if this could be possible and just create a thread to start conversations around this topic.
tl;dr No. The sensor lacks a magnetic field sensor and even if it had that would still not be accurate enough because you can’t read it fast enough. This is a duplicate of this thread
I also tried this with an arduino and this sensr which is an absolute orientation sensor and with a very high read date still wasn’t able to get any kind of repeatable tracking.
