My team is using mostly rotation sensors to make our lifts go up to a specific height every time. For some reason the potentiometer values either shift or do nothing. We have had it working many times before, but it has had problems recently. Any help?
Do you have pictures of your robot? Can you send your code?
I dont have a rotation sensor but you could try viewing the input on your brain to see if the values change correctly when you raise and lower your lift
they do, but change randomly when the robot is off.
Make sure that the robots arm position is in the same spot everytime you turn it on, idk about potentiometers but I know moving your robot after turning it on will mess up inertial sensors
