We just bought a power expander and i have no idea how to use it can you give me a dummy explanation from where you plus things into to programming it thanks alot

Plug it into an analog port and set it up as an analog sensor.

PS: you can use the edit button on the vex forum to change mistakes in typing.

Take a 3-wire extension cable. Plug one end into a port on the cortex labeled “analog.” Plug the other end into the port labeled “status” on the power expander. Use more 3-wire extension cables if you need the power expander to be farther from the cortex and just one won’t reach far enough.
