I’m trying to build a T3 hang, but it keeps tipping back. I can’t add a vertical bar aligner as reaching the bar would put us out of spec: any suggestions to get around this?
^what the hang currently looks like as I cant send videos

The ideal way is to move the hooks over your cg (balancing point) which is what most teams have done. For you guys The best way I could see would be running a diagonal C-channel to the other side so that as you pull down it straightens out if that makes sense.
Like running from the panel its mounted on at the front to the intake?
Try to put more weight on the front
Maybe move pneumatic air tank further forwards
Maybe just put weights on the front (steel stuff I guess)
Also, the hanging mechanism should be further back
kinda tricky with your pneumatic air cylinder being pretty horizontal
Sorry I don’t have any actual suggestions
Most teams don’t have a vertical bar aligner sticking out the side, they just use the body of the robot pressed against the bar. Check out the 2654E reveal.
something like this ran off your chassis rails
