We just ordered two brand new robot batteries. Kudos on the fast processing - we ordered on Saturday and they arrived on Monday! Unfortunately, when we try to charge the new batteries, we are getting a blinking red light, indicating a battery fault. The same thing happens on both batteries. Is there any way to confirm that the batteries are still good without ordering a new charger?
