You should make a new PROS project and when it asks you what version you want the new project to be, select version 3.8.3.
This will probably fix the problem as PROS 4.1.0 is kind-of in Beta testing. The creators of PROS are aware that there are many bugs and are attempting to get it working smoothly by the end of the summer.

This seems to be a PROS/LemLib mismatch. It seems that you are running PROS 4 yet you are using the tutorials for PROS 3.
