We have problems with our robot, at times is working well and from one moment to another in full execution is uncontrollable and on the display of the microcontroller comes an error that says ERROR IN THE PORTS 4 and 6, can you please tell me how I can solve this error?

I’ve had similar errors and it’s because the cable is “almost” plugged in. Pull it out (both ends) and then push it back in and make sure you hear the snap of the cable latch seating. (Blowing into the connection like you would for a Nintendo game cartridge doesn’t do anything since the connectors are designed to clear dust out. But teaching an entire new generation of doing that would be cool). Good luck!
