Problems with custom robot controls

This is my first year using vex v5 pro code and I am trying to code using the vex code pro app.
This is my code:

I was watching a YouTube Video to help me figure it out but when I put it into the robot and run the program the controller input doesn’t do anything. I don’t know if I am downloading the code correctly* or if my code was wrong/incomplete. If anyone knows how to solve my problem that would be great (or you could just give me the code).

*Someone is going to ask, I download the code by plugging in my robots brain to my computer, and press the save button (the floppy disk in the top right corner) and on the robot run the code from the programs folder.

A problem that you might have is that you haven’t identified what Controller1 is, have not declared the motors in the program, or stated the wrong port.
Also, what your code states is that as soon that you turn your joystick even slightly, your robot will go forwards/backwards full speed and i’m guessing that you don’t want that if you are programming for driving.
