What do you recommend to have better autonomy without doing a PID?
It would have been better to paste the code (inside code tags) into your post rather than using screen shots.

Can you share some of your code from this season?
Is there something specific you’re having issues with for your autonomous? Can you share your code directly and can you send a video of your autonomous running? It’s hard to test and diagnose any issues because everyone’s robots are different.
What I would suggest is that if you cannot use PID then attempt to run your drivetrain through the pre-made VEX UI Option and then assign an inertial sensor to it. From here I would just make sure your drive is consistent, and to make sure you fine tune each step of the code.
