Programming help - driving speed

How can I program my robot so usually it will drive at 70% driver speed but it when I press and hold a button it will drive at 100% speed

Also how can I create an auto ball dropper reset

You can try using a if then state mene like if button is pressed change speed to 100. and have your drivers speed at 75
