Hi! I am Matias Guzmán Bogado Espínola, I am student of the “Educational Center Arambé” in Paraguay.
I am the programmer of my robotics team and I have problems in the part of the controllers in the programming, because my joystick it does not work correctly,on one side it does not go forward.
Can you help me, please???
If you’re stuck with that one joystick and it’s a physical problem you can’t fix, you could use only the other joystick and code using “arcade control.”
There is also a fix for stuck joystick values where you push the joystick into the handle to unstick it. I don’t remember where I read that, but it was a suggestion from someone at VEX if I remember correctly. Might as well try that first.

This probably won’t solve your problem, but it’s worth a shot: you could try calibrating the joystick (see this).
