Programming remote


My fourth graders are programming their remote and we’ve had some problems. See attached picture of code. The problem is when they push right up or right down it goes up or down but if they push the same button again it won’t move. So to go up they push up and release then they have to push down and then they can go up again. The same thing for going down. Any suggestions?


First of all, the arm motors shouldn’t be set to brake, it can be pushed down. Try doing this and modify it to fit with your robot:
