Programming the Robot Controller (Full-size or Mini) requires using two different applications.
The first, Microchip’s MPLAB® IDE (with the C18 compiler installed) is used to write and compile the code.
The second, IFI Loader, is used to download the code from your PC to your Robot Controller.
These applications are included on the C-BOT CD shipped with every Mini-RC shipped to schools or FIRST teams. Other customers must purchase the CD separately. You can check Microchip’s web site for updates to MPLAB, and Innovation First’s web site for updates to IFI Loader.
